Elderly Bensalem Women Goes Missing
Have you seen her? Shakuntalaben Patel, 71, was last leaving her home on Pintail Court early Monday morning.

BENSALEM, PA — The Bensalem Police Department is currently looking for an elderly woman who went missing early Monday morning.
Shakuntalaben Patel, 71, was last seen walking away from her home on Pintail Court close to 9 a.m. on Monday morning. She did not return home later that day.
After checking with multiple family members and looking at several locations in the area, Ms. Patel's family called the police. She had family in Trenton and Edison, New Jersey, and could have possibly taken a Septa bus. According to police, Ms. Patel has dementia and has to take medication for it.

Police searched the area and all nearby hospitals but were unable to locate Ms. Patel. Police are continuing to look around the area of her home.
Ms. Patel is described as an Indian woman, standing around 5 feet tall at approximately 70 pounds. She has salt and pepper hair that she keeps in a ponytail. Ring camera footage shows her leaving her home wearing a red and white striped shirt and dark pants.

According to police, she did not have identification on her when she left and speaks very little English.
