Holy Ghost Prep Offers Multiple Summer Sports Camps

, located at 2429 Bristol Pike, is holding several sports camps throughout the summer months. Camps are available for athletes from 6-15 years old (minimum age of 8 for basketball).

Campers will be divided according to age and ability.

The cost is $180 per camper with discounts available for groups and campers that attend multiple camps.

Holy Ghost’s facilities include two soccer fields, an outdoor track, indoor basketball arena, outdoor basketball courts, two baseball diamonds and a main athletic field shared by the soccer and lacrosse programs. Camps will be run by Holy Ghost coaches, college and high school students.

A typical daily camp schedule is as follows:

• 9 a.m. – Arrival
• 9:15 a.m. – Warm up, individual skills
• 10 a.m. – Lecture and drills
• Noon – Lunch
• 12:30 p.m. – Discussion
• 1:15 p.m. – Team competition
• 3 p.m. – Parent pick-up

Registration is open up to the day camp starts, said Holy Ghost athletic director James Stewart.
