Two years ago, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett promised to make the state the home of a new natural gas drilling boom.
But since 2010, gas drilling in Pennsylvania’s Marcellus Shale formation has dropped more than 50 percent, Philadelphia Daily Newscolumnist Will Bunch wrote Wednesday.
