Man Charged After Seeking Sex With Girl, 14, In Bensalem
Bensalem Police said the man turned himself in on Thursday after an active warrant was issued.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — A man is in custody after seeking sex with what he believed was a 14-year-old girl, police said.
Ryan Fisher, 25, Womelsdorf, was charged with unlawful contact with a minor and dissemination of explicit material to minors, the Bensalem Township Police Department said.
Bensalem Police said that Fisher began a conversation on a dating/social media app with what he believed to be a 14-year-old girl on April 30.

Fisher asked the juvenile if she was okay with him being 25 years old, and when she said yes, and then he moved the conversation in a sexual direction, police said.
Bensalem Police said Fisher gave explicit details of the sexual acts he wanted to perform on the 14-year-old, including sexual intercourse.

He also sent her a photograph of his genitalia during the conversations before he stopped messaging with the juvenile, police said.
Fisher turned himself in to Bensalem Police on an active warrant on Thursday.
He was arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $200,000 bail.
