Man Shot At Bucks Co. Intersection, Police Seek Gunman
The victim, who was shot in the neck at an intersection in the busy shopping area, was in critical condition on Wednesday.

FAIRLESS HILLS, PA — A man was in critical condition Wednesday after being shot in the neck in Bucks County and police were searching for the gunman, who they believe was running through Fairless Hills after the shooting.
The shooting happened at about 3 p.m. Tuesday, at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and North Olds Boulevard, according to the Falls Township Police Department.
Police say the victim, who was found by a police detective in his vehicle alongside the road in the busy shopping area, was taken to a hospital in Trenton, N.J., then transferred to a hospital in Philadelphia.

Shortly after the shooting, police say witnesses directed them to a suspect, who was detained along with with others in a vehicle nearby. But investigators learned that man had nothing to do with the shooting and he was released.
The search for the shooter continued into Tuesday evening, with K9 units and a helicopter from New Jersey State Police used to help comb the area. Police got reports of a shirtless man who matched the description of the shooter running from the scene, then running through yards in Fairless Hills.
The man asked to use a phone at one home in the area, police said Wednesday morning.
Investigators also say the shooter may have thrown away a handgun somewhere in the area, and are urging anyone who finds it to call 911.
They shared a photograph Wednesday of a car in which they believe the shooter was a passenger. And asked anyone with security cameras facing Olds Boulevard in the area to reach out.
Anyone with information in the case is asked to contact Detective Dennis Oconnell at 215-949-9100, Ext. 416 or d.oconnell@fallstwp.com.
