Man Stole Nearly $1,000 In Equipment From Home Depot: Police

BENSALEM, PA — Police in Bensalem are seeking a man they say stole nearly $1,000 worth of equipment from Home Depot this week.

The theft happened Wednesday at the Home Depot at 1336 Bristol Pike.

According to Bensalem Township Police, the man stole two Echo blowers and an Echo chainsaw worth $949. He then left in a black, 2001 Chevy Silverado with a toolbox in the bed, a black ladder rack, a red hitch on the rear and a white rifle decal on the lower right side of the back windshield, police said.

The thief is described as a heavy-set white male in his 40s, about 5'7" with brown hair. On Friday, police shared a photo of the truck they believe was used in the theft.
