According to the state Gaming Control Board, the next highest revenues last month were seen at Rivers Casino in Pittsburg, $23.79 million and Harrah's Chester Casino $22.96 million.

According to a release, statewide revenue in May was $ 205.5 million, the fourth highest month for slot revenue recorded in Pennsylvania since the opening of casinos in 2006.
That figure is compared to $205.53 during May of last year, an increase of 2.3 percent.

Statewide taxes were $112 million last month from the 55 percent assessment on slot machine revenue.
At Parx Casino, taxes paid on slot revenue was $17.5 million.
The average number of operating slot machines throughout Pennsylvania at the 10 casinos was 26,323 in May 2011 compared to 24,266 at nine casinos in May 2010.
Last month at Parx, there were 3,434 machines.
