The BMW has a New Jersey registration and is registered to a woman named Tierra Barber, from Trenton, police said. Officers went to her home Thursday morning but were not able to contact anyone there, Whitney said.

Police said the victim is from out of state and that they were working Thursday to locate and notify his family. Whitney thanked the Morrisville Borough Police Department and PennDOT for their help in the case.
