Philly Man Arrested For Bucks Co. Walmart Robberies
The 30-year-old man was charged with three counts of robbery and related charges for the robberies of two Bucks County Walmart locations.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A Philadelphia man has been charged for the recent robberies of two Bucks County Walmart locations.
Jamell Oglesby, 30, was charged with three counts of robbery and related offenses for his involvement in the robberies of the Bensalem and Warminster Walmarts in the months of May and June. He was arraigned by District Justice Terry Hughes and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 % of $750,000 bail.
Oglesby was arrested by Philadelphia Police on Wednesday after he and his vehicle were spotted by a member of the FBI BucksMont Safe Streets Task Force. Authorities had been looking for his black 2021 Lexus ES 250 with a Florida registration, which was seen leaving the two Walmarts after several robberies had taken place.

On May 20 at 7:44 p.m., a man was seen in the Bensalem Walmart, located at 3461 Horizon Blvd., approaching a register with two gift cards in hand. According to the Bensalem Police Department, the man handed cash to the cashier and, when the money drawer was opened, he took $3,500 in cash and left the store. He was seen leaving the store in a black 2021 Lexus ES 250.
On June 22 at 5:27 p.m., two men entered the Warminster Walmart, located at 100 E. Street Rd., and approached the register with a bottle of Snapple. While one of the men handed cash to the cashier, the other man went behind the counter and pinned the cashier against the counter, stating he had a gun. He removed approximately $1,500 in cash from the register before both men fled the store.

They were seen leaving in the same black Lexus from the Bensalem robbery.
On the same day, the two men returned to the same Walmart, this time around 9:40 p.m. They committed a similar robbery and left with $1,165 in hand. They left the Walmart in the same black Lexus as before.
Police believe that Oglesby and the other man, who remains unidentified, are responsible for similar robberies in Philadelphia, Deptford, New Jersey, and Delaware.
