are reporting the arrest of a Georgia man on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia.
On July 16 at 11 a.m., Jamal Reed, 29, of the 1400 block of Sycamore Drive, Augusta, Ga. was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.
