On Monday, May 23 at 10:33 p.m., Bensalem police arrested a drunk driver at Street Road and Racetrack Drive.
Police said Hung Chan Vy, 38, of the 300 block W. Nedro Avenue, Philadelphia, was charged with driving under the influence.Â
According to police, Vy’s case will proceed with charges by summons.
