Police Make 14 Weekend Arrests

Charges included assault, robbery, theft, warrants, DUI, underage drinking and resisting arrest.

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Jan. 27-29, made the following arrests:

On Jan. 27 at 12:04 a.m., Ismael Beltran, 47, of the 6500 block of Jefferson Court, was arrested in the 6500 block of Jefferson Court and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, robbery, harassment and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On Jan. 27 at 11:20 a.m., Pamela Hummel, 34, of the 3800 block of Bensalem Boulevard, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

On Jan. 27 at 9:25 p.m., Sharon DiEgidio, 46, of the 4700 block of Wunder Avenue, Trevose, and Georgina Anne Ali, 63, of the 200 block of Parkdale Road, Philadelphia, were arrested in the , and charged with retail theft. They will receive a summons.

On Jan. 28 at 12:05 a.m., David Ortiz, 42, of the 1400 block of Kerper Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Jan. 28 at 1:20 p.m., James John Winn, with no fixed address, and John Craven, 25, of the 8700 block of Marsden Street, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 2400 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on outstanding warrants out of Philadelphia. They were turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Jan. 28 at 6:13 p.m., Ashley Stokes, 25, of the 30 block of Fawn Lane, Levittown, was arrested in the 2000 block of Street Road, and charged with DUI. She will receive a summons.

On Jan. 28 at 7:50 p.m., a 13-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with retail theft at the , Neshaminy Mall. He will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel.

On Jan. 28 at 9:52 p.m., Linda M. Segear, 32, of Lincoln Avenue, Laurel Springs, N.J., was arrested in the 1800 block Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

On Jan. 29 at 1:54 p.m., Jason Lopez-Mateo, 29, of the 2800 block of Unruh Street, Philadelphia, and Sonyia Santos, 36, of the 67100 block of Oakland Street, Philadelphia, were arrested at the Boscov’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and  charged with retail theft. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail each.

On Jan. 29 at 4:40 p.m., Manuel Torres Rodriguez, 59, of the 7400 block of Brous Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Jan. 29 at 12:46 a.m., Antonio Salazar, 18, of the 3300 block of Street Road, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and underage drinking. He will receive a summons.
