Police Make 16 Weekend Arrests

Between June 3 and June 5, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On June 3 at 2:35 a.m., Jon P. Sciarrotta, 29, of the 2800 block of Mechanicsville Road, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.

On June 3 at 10:21 a.m., Dale Goldsmith, 54, of the 4700 block of Ramona Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On June 3 at 3:06 p.m., Andrew Unterholzner, 20, of the 1800 block of Bridgetown Pike, Trevose, was arrested at Bristol Road and Old Lincoln Highway, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On June 3 at 3:26 p.m., two 16-year-old males from Huntingdon Valley were arrested at the Department Store, and charged with retail theft. Juvenile criminal allegation will be filed for one. The other will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

On June 3 at 7:57 p.m., Kaitlynn A. Garnett, 23, of the 300 block of Jefferson Road, Bristol, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was released on $2,500 unsecured bail.           

On June 3 at 10 p.m., Shafan R. Malik, 40, of the 2500 block of Knights Road, was arrested at his residence and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On June 4 at 9 a.m., Steven Kemp, 62, of the 5700 block of Beachwood Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On June 4 at 10:20 a.m., James F. Beck, 30, of the 7400 block of Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On June 4 at 3 p.m., Michael Frost, 60, of the 8800 block of Ashton Road, Philadelphia was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He will receive a summons.           

On June 4 at 4:59 p.m., Delia Ramirez, 48 and Vicente Montes, 53, both of the 2300 block of N. Mutter Street, Philadelphia, were arrested and charged with retail theft. Ramirez will receive a citation and Montes will receive a summons.

On June 4 at 5:18 p.m., Joseph Cloud, 33, of the 6500 block of Algard Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block Bristol Pike, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On June 4 at 7:20 p.m., Richard William Manfredi, 27, of the 5700 block of Shetland Court, was arrested in the 4700 block Hulmeville Road, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On June 5 at 1 p.m., Joshi Himanshu, 28, of the 3000 block of Red Lion Road, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He will receive a summons.

On June 5 at 7:30 p.m., Stephanie Rose Sacks, 29, of the 1800 block of 4th Street, Langhorne, was arrested in the 1800 block of Street Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking. She will receive a summons.
