Police Make 21 Weekend Arrests

Between May 13 and May 15, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On May 13 at 9:15 a.m., Lauren R. Matarese, 28, of the 3300 block of Ashfield Lane, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Lower Makefield Township.  He was turned over to Lower Makefield Police.

On May 13 at 11:15 a.m., a 16-year-old female from Bensalem was arrested at 4319 Hulmeville Road and charged with possession of a weapon on school property. A Juvenile Criminal Allegation will be filed.

On May 13 at 1:18 p.m., Vishal Jassal, 22, of the 600 block of Lawler Street, Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He will receive a citation.

On May 13 at 1:27 p.m., 17-year-old female and a 16-year-old female, both from Philadelphia, were arrested in the , and charged with retail theft. They were issued citations.

On May 13 at 2:14 p.m., Jaquan D. Marshall, 26, of the 100 block of McCellean Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 600 block of Hummingbird Lane and charged with resisting arrest, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $7,500 bail.

On May 13 at 4:02 p.m., Paul F. Walter, 39, of the 7300 block of Montour Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at Hulmeville Road and Brookwood Drive, and charged with leaving the scene of a accident involving injury/property damage, failure to render aid/give information, driving without a license and careless driving. He will receive a summons.

On May 13 at 8:10 p.m., a 17-year-old female and a 16-year-old female, both from Churchville, were arrested in the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. They were issued citations.

On May 13 at 8:53 p.m., Latisha Bailey, 18 of the 2200 block of Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, and a 16-year-old female from Philadelphia were arrested in the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft They were issued citations.

On May 13 at 10:59 p.m., Janet E. Stewart, 52, of the 1200 block of Lavender Road, was arrested in the 3800 block of Daniel Circle and charged with public drunkenness. She was issued citations.

On May 14 at 1:02 a.m., William F. Bollendorf, 42, of the 4300 block of Bennington Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at Street Road and the PA Turnpike and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On May 14 at 1:09 p.m., Robert Winder, 40, of the 1900 block of Park Avenue, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department. 

On May 14 at 1:33 p.m., 13-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 3100 block Donallen Drive, and charged with simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime and disorderly conduct. Juvenile Criminal Allegation will be filed.

On May 14 at 6:23 p.m., Matthew M. Mullen, 50, of the 3100 block of Willits Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Street Road and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On May 14 at 9:22 p.m., a 17-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested at Street Road and I-95 and charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving injury/property damage, failure to render aid/give information, driving without a license and careless driving. He will receive a summons.

On May 15 at 1:05 p.m., Nehemiah Booth, 41, of the 6000 block of Wister Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3300 block of Hulmeville Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia  He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On May 15 at 2:57 p.m., Anthony D. English, 43, of the 1100 block of Snyder Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and harassment. He was issued citations.

On May 15 at 3:41 p.m., John Montas, 46, of the 200 block of E. Clearfield Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 900 block of Rockhill Drive on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant unit.

On May 15 at 5:25 p.m., Terrance Lee Lemon, 24, of the 2200 block of Bonaffon Street, Trevose, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard., Trevose and charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
