Police Make Eight Arrests Wednesday

Charges include retail theft, warrants and criminal conspiracy.

On April 27, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 12:24 p.m., Ladan Salmasi Khalili, 46, of Cameo Drive, Southampton, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

At 2:55 p.m., Ralph Garnet, 24, of the 100 block of Euclid Avenue, Croydon, was arrested in the 3400 block of Knights Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 3:10 p.m., Sylvester Daughtry, 52, of the 6600 block of N. Smedley Street, Philadelphia, and Fred Lawton, 49, of the 5700 block of N. Camac Street, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Daughtry and Lawton were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $40,000 and $50,000 bail respectively.

At 4 p.m., Shiheed Dorrall Gaskins, 24, of the 1200 block of N. 53rd St., Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3200 block of Bristol Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to the Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 8:37 p.m., Jessica Christine Carragher, 25, of the 2700 block of Bowman Avenue, was arrested in the 2200 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 9:21 p.m., a 17-year-old female and a 15-year-old female, both from Philadelphia, were charged with retail theft at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall. They will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).
