Police Make Four Monday Arrests

Charges included open containers and warrants.

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, July 9, made the following arrests:

At 12:48 a.m., the following were charged with having an open container of alcoholic beverage in public issued a citation: Eugene Daugherty, 38, of the 4900 block of Elizabeth Avenue, Trevose; and David Lopez, 43, of the 2700 block of Knights Road.

At 4:51 p.m., Eric Brinkerhoff, 49, of the 4900 block of Growden Avenue, Trevose, was arrested in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 10:46 p.m., Jack Aucion, 48, of the 700 block of Philadelphia Avenue, Warrington, was arrested at Neshaminy Boulevard and Rockhill Drive on an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. He was turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.
