Police Make Four Theft Arrests

On Monday, Aug. 13, made the following arrests:

At 12:46 p.m., Byron Yancey, 52, of the 5900 block of Thompson Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with three counts of theft by unlawful taking and one count of retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.

At 3:26 p.m., Novik Yevgeniy, 50, of the 30 block of Kyle Court, Staten Island, N.Y., was arrested and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $40,000 bail.

At 5:35 p.m., a 17-year-old male from Trevose was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. Juvenile criminal allegation has been filed.

At 7:11 p.m., Crystal Rose Keiffer, 21, of the 5900 block of Bleden Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
