Police Searching For Suspect In Bensalem Robbery

BENSALEM, PA — Police from the Bensalem Police Department are currently searching for an unknown male subject who robbed a local gas station at gunpoint on Friday, Nov. 26.

The incident occurred at the Riggins Gas Station, located on 2030 Street Rd. The unknown male subject, who was wearing a black hooded jacket, gray hat, black mask, and gloves, entered the gas station at approximately 7:45 a.m.

He also had a large duffle bag around his shoulder.

After displaying a handgun to an employee, he said "give me everything or I am going to shoot you".

He proceeded to collect cash from the cash register and under the store counter, as well as multiple packs of Newport cigarettes and E-cigarette/vaping products before leaving in a blue Nissan Maxima with tinted windows. The vehicle reportedly had damage on the front end near the hood and front bumper.
