Road Rage Ends in High-Speed Chase, Crash, Police Say

A 19-year-old Aldan man has been charged in two alleged road rage incidents where he was said to have brandished what appeared to be a black semi-automatic handgun and point it at victims.

Christopher Warren Berry was charged on Friday with a felony offense of fleeing police, as well as 14 misdemeanor and summary offenses for the most recent alleged incident, on Wednesday, in which a representative from the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose branch said Berry fled from police "in excess of 100 miles per hour" before crashing his 2012 Toyota Corolla into another vehicle. 

Police said they found a black BB gun in Berry's car which resembled what was believed to be a semi-automatic handgun that Berry allegedly pointed at victims during a separate road rage incident on Sept. 29 on Interstate 95 north in the area of Woodhaven Road. 

Berry faces charges of terroristic threats and 15 related misdemeanor and summary charges for that alleged incident.

He was remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent of $100,000 bail. He awaits a preliminary hearing before district judge Leonard J. Brown next month.
