Whiz Kids: Addie Jackson and Matthew Rink

Grades: Seniors

School: Bensalem High School

Accomplishment: At its April 5 weekly meeting, the Rotary Club of Bensalem recognized Bensalem High School seniors, Addie Jackson and Matthew Rink, as their Bensalem High students of the month. Addie Jackson is a distinguished honor roll student. She is treasurer of Varsity Club; participates in Indoor and Outdoor Track, Community Service Club, Varsity Club, Reading Olympics, FBLA and Multi-Cultural Club. She enjoys listening to music, running, shopping, hanging with friends, traveling and volunteering at the Wood School. She plans to attend college. Matthew Rink participates in JROTC Color Guard, Drill Team and Shooting Team, for which he placed 12th in the nation in an air rifle competition. He enjoys working, playing pool and hanging out with family and friends. He plans to join the Air Force and become a Bensalem Police Officer or PA State Trooper.
