LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that construction is scheduled this week on U.S. 1 and Rockhill Drive in Bensalem and Middletown townships under a $116 million project to reconstruct, widen, and improve a three-mile section of U.S. 1 in Bucks County.
