Route 1 Improvements Resuming. Find Out The Traffic Impact
PennDOT said that roadwork in Bensalem Township will begin on Wednesday. Find out the details below.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — Route 1 traffic improvements continue on Wednesday for two days, PennDOT said.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that line striping is scheduled on Rockhill Drive in Bensalem Township under a $116 million project to reconstruct, widen, and improve a three-mile section of Route 1.

- Wednesday, May 28, and Thursday, May 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., lane closures will be in place on Rockhill Drive in both directions between Overlook Boulevard and Neshaminy Boulevard.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
