Here is what that will look like (mcall.com) — Bethlehem officials will clear a homeless encampment along the Lehigh River on Monday at Norfolk Southern’s request, with police, social workers, and shelter volunteers on site to help remaining residents relocate. Most people have already left, and the city says it’s working to connect anyone still there with services while Norfolk Southern and public works crews handle cleanup of the railroad and nearby properties.
