Two Lehigh University Professors Ranked Among the Most Prolific Scholars

Cited among the most prolific scholars in the field of school psychology faculty productivity

(Bethlehem, PA)--Dr. George J. DuPaul and Dr. Ethan Van Norman of Lehigh University's College of Education, School Psychology program, have recently been cited among the most prolific scholars in the field of school psychology faculty productivity, according to a research article published in Psychology in the Schools.

“It’s an honor to be recognized among such a productive group of scholars. Being mentioned is a testament to the quality of the collaborators I have been able to work with over the years,” says Van Norman.

Van Norman, professor and program director in School Psychology, is widely published and specializes in data-based decision making within multi-tiered systems of support, focusing on universal screening practices, progress monitoring, and intervention evaluation for students at-risk of academic and behavioral difficulties. He applies advanced statistical methods, including structural equation modeling and multilevel modeling, to study the effectiveness of assessments such as curriculum-based measures and computer-adaptive tests.
