• GBDF secures grant funding for GoggleWorks Arts Park and Boyertown Trail Initiative (berksweekly.com) — Boyertown is receiving $150,000 in state grant funding to launch the Secret Valley (Iron Valley) Trail, acquiring 7.39 acres in Colebrookdale Township to connect downtown Boyertown to the Schuylkill River Trail in Pottstown. The project will create an ADA-accessible nature preserve for residents, while a separate $600,000 grant supports GoggleWorks Arts Park in Reading.
