Criminal mischief

At 2:17 a.m. on April 2, a Bryn Mawr resident reported to police that two college-aged men had pushed two road barriers against a van on the unit block of S. Roberts Road. The complainant followed the two men through Bryn Mawr and down to Conestoga Road, where they entered Home Properties on Bryn Mawr Avenue, according to the report.

A Villanova student was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he was observed punching another man behind Maloney’s Pub at 1:26 a.m. on April 2, police said. The men told police they were just fooling around, but the 21-year-old Villanova student exhibited signs of drunkenness and became argumentative with officers, according to the report. He was arrested and taken to headquarters, where he registered .227 on a blood alcohol content test, police said.
