Bryn Mawr Hospital Ranked Among Country's Best In 2021

BRYN MAWR, PA — Bryn Mawr Hospital is ranked among the best in the country by Newsweek.

The magazine released its "World's Best Hospitals" for 2021, which included 15 Pennsylvania hospitals among the top 200 in the U.S.

Bryn Mawr Hospital was named the 279th best hospital in America and the 13th best facility in Pennsylvania, according to the ranking.

The facility was also listed by Newsweek as performing above average for infection prevention.

Nearby, Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood was ranked 150th nationwide and 10th in Pennsylvania.

In its methodology, Newsweek explained that it looked at three data sources to compile the rankings: recommendations from medical experts, results from patient surveys and medical KPIs on hospitals.
