CRC's David Bauml Captures Silver in Men's HS Freshman 2K Event

2025 Main Line Slide Held January 26th at Lower Merion High School

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – January 26 – Conshohocken Rowing Center (CRC)’s David Bauml pulled to a sub seven 6:55 2k time to capture silver in the Men’s High School Freshman event at Main Line Slide, held at, and hosted by Lower Merion High School. The 6’4” 14-year-old came in second in a field of 40 rowers, and was one of the youngest competing in his category. He previously medaled in the 2024 event, winning the middle school boys competition. Bauml is a freshman at Harriton High School and a resident of Gladwyne, PA. The Conshohocken Rowing Center Junior Competitive Race Team is comprised of 11 high school rowers from across the region who were selected for their dedication, achievement, and performance on and off the water. The team is based in Conshohocken under the leadership of CRC executive director Craig Hoffman, head coach Aaron Preetam, and coaches Bill McNabb and Dylan Green who collectively bring more than 100 years of rowing expertise and mentorship to the program.
