Donate Treasures for the Attic Treasures Sale at the Farmstead Fair

Harriton Association Board and volunteers are collecting donations for the annual Attic Treasures Sale on September 27th, 2025.

(The Harriton Association )

It's that time of year again, when the Harriton Association and the hard-working volunteers who organize the Attic Treasures Sale at the 35th Annual Farmstead Fair begin collecting donations in earnest. While we accept items throughout the year, something about the arrival of Spring really motivates our friends and neighbors to donate.

As you Spring clean, declutter, downsize, or prepare to move, consider donating your items to Harriton. Proceeds from the Attic Treasures Sale support the mission of the Harriton Association to preserve historic Harriton House, maintain the bucolic greenspace, and promote the life and times of Charles Thomson, who served as Secretary to the Continental Congresses. From Rowland Ellis building his house Bryn Mawr on 700 acres of land granted to him by William Penn in the 1680s, to Richard Harrison's successful tobacco growing enterprise, and Charles Thomson's agricultural experimentation during his retirement here, Harriton has been an eyewitness to more than 300 years of history.
