Lower Merion Suspends Thursday Trash Pick Up

The following was provided by Lower Merion Township:

For Lower Merion Township residents with normal trash and recycling pickups on Thursday or Friday: Due to the heavy snow and priority on plowing, Thursday collections are now suspended and the remainder will take place Friday, March 6th.

For those with Friday pickups, crews will do their best to collect tomorrow, but may not reach homes until Saturday, March 7th, due to the snow storm. For both days, and Saturday collections, all pickups MUST be street-side. There will be no alleyway or rear-yard pickup for the remainder of this week. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
