Police Activity: Incidents Increase Week to Week
Officers handled thefts, accidents, fraud and drugs.

In the past week, police calls (which do not necessarily indicate arrests were made or charges filed) include:
- 1 burglary, on the 1500 block of Willowbrook Lane in Villanova the afternoon of April 17
- 1 case of drug possession and 1 case of drug sale
- 2 fires, both April 17: one about 6:30 p.m. on the first block of Merion Avenue in Bryn Mawr and one about 8 p.m. on the 1000 block of Great Springs Road in Rosemont
- 2 cases of credit card/ATM fraud
- 3 car accidents with injuries
- 6 car accidents with property damage
- 2 citations for public drunkenness
- 2 thefts
