GLADWYNE, PA — A Red-tailed Hawk was rescued in Lower Merion Township Tuesday, according to police.

Lower Merion Township Police were called to a wooded section of Gladwyne for a report of a raptor in distress.

Officers found the bird and were concerned about potential rodenticide poisoning due to its condition.
