Woodbine Ave., Penn Valley) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. "There will be three non-profit organizations there to take anything that can still be used, such as unwanted computers, bicycles, furniture, clothing and more," Commissioner Jenny Brown writes in an email to constituents.
