Back by Popular Demand: Name That Brew
Beer enthusiasts, put down your pint glasses and put your thinking caps on.
Back by popular demand, the Pennsylvania Bavarian Oktoberfest committee is hosting a Name That Brew II contest.
The event, being held in downtown Canonsburg on Sept. 14, 15, and 16, will feature several different types of beer on tap. One of the selections is an ale— rich in flavor with amber color, and it’s been made special for the borough’s Oktoberfest.
But it needs a name, and the committee is looking for your help!

Entry forms, as well as complete rules and regulations, can be picked up at the office, 169 E. Pike St. or by visiting the website here.
Deadline for entry submissions is Sept. 5.
