Canonsburg Man Jailed on Felony Drug Charge

charged a borough man with a felony count of drug possession with intent to deliver Wednesday—a count that stems from a May incident, online court records show.

Canonsburg police said in a criminal compaint that a confidential informant bought marijuana from Robert Labossiere, 23, of 425 E. Water St., on May 22.

Canonsburg police also charged Labossiere with possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, according to court records. The charge is a misdemeanor.

Labossiere was arraigned Wednesday before district , who remanded the man to Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.

His preliminary hearing has been slated for 11 a.m. Wednesday before Mark.
