Online court dockets show that Robert Labossiere waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
A man waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday and will stand trial for a felony count of drug possession with intent to deliver and a misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana, according to online court dockets.
charged Robert Labossiere, 23, of 425 E. Water St.,
Labossiere was arraigned last week before district , who remanded him to Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.
