Man Jailed for Allegedly Fleeing from Police

Raphael Dorsett was remanded to the Washington County Jail early Saturday following the incident.

Sgt. James Spingola knew the driver of the White Mitsubishi he spotted Friday had a suspended driver’s license.

But police said instead of pulling over, Dorsett sped away.
