North Strabane Firemen 'People's Choice'

Three other Washington County-area fire departments participated in the event, including Avella, California and Monongahela. California earned the title of Grand Champions, a casino spokesman confirmed.
The Meadows also provided two free concerts featuring Pure Gold and the Four Townsmen and boasted more than 500 vehicles at a car cruise held the same day.
