The Meadows Casino will host three major community events in 2016 as part of the entertainment facility’s partnership with the Observer Reporter. The events include an Auto Show in April, an inaugural Food Truck Festival in May, along with the annual Corks & Kegs Festival in August. All events are free to the public and portion of the proceeds will be donated to local charities.
On April 22-23, approximately 20 local car dealers will be displaying their latest vehicles at an event that will include car demonstrations, food from local restaurants and live entertainment and celebrity appearances. The Auto Show will take place at The Meadows event center, which is currently being constructed adjacent to the casino.
Memorial Day weekend will get guests taste buds excited with a Food Truck Festival on May 28-29. Guests can casually stroll and select from nearly 30 food trucks that will be positioned on the racetrack apron, along with a sampling of local craft beers and wines. The event will also feature local artisans and an assortment of family entertainment.
