The Meadows Racetrack & Casino is seeking a full-time customer service coordinator to respond to guest concerns and inquiries in a timely manner; professionally interact with existing and potential customers; provide customers with product, service and specific marketing programming information; identify, research and resolve customer issues; provide clear and concise data entry of all customer interactions in an incident tracking database; document, recognize and alert management of trends in customer calls; track and code comment cards in a separate database; and manage monthly customer satisfaction surveys including deployment, coding and reporting of results.
