We would like to congratulate Mrs. Angela Stokes, teacher at in Scott Township, for being a recipient of this year’s Golden Apple Award.
This award is given from the Diocese of Pittsburgh to recognize excellence in teaching as well as individuals who model Gospel Values both in and out of school. Mrs. Stokes is the moderator of the Geography Bee and World Affairs Council and has brought many programs to the school from the Carnegie Museums.
She is involved with student government and has volunteered with youth organizations and softball leagues.
