Bridgeville Man Pleads Guilty to Possessing Child Porn
A Bridgeville man pleaded guilty in Federal Court to possessing material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor.

A Bridgeville man pleaded guilty in Federal Court last week to possession of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Kenneth Lee Jones, 67, of Bridgeville, pleaded guilty on June 14 to one count before United States District Judge Arthur J. Schwab.Â
According to the court docket released by the office of United States Attorney David J. Hickton, in July 2012 Jones was found in possession of visual depictions—specifically, images and videos in computer graphics files—of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.Â

Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 16 at 9:30 a.m. The law provides for a total sentence of 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.
