Charges waived to court
- Drunken driving charges against Samuel S. Dombroski, 54, of 2736 Shiras Ave. Pittsburgh, were waived to court, while drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia charges were withdrawn. Scott police originally charged Dombroski on Aug. 11.
- Drunken driving charges against Richard Booker, 54, of 10 Clairview Drive, Carnegie, were waived to court. Scott police originally charged Booker on Sept. 17.
- Drunken driving charges and several traffic citations against Jonathan R. Davis, 27, of 190 Valley View Road, Imperial, were waived to court. State police originally charged Davis on May 14.

Charges reduced
- Charges of false ID to police and careless driving were withdrawn against Michael Bucaro, 43, of 233 Ignatious St., Carnegie. Charges of driving while on a suspended license and disorderly conduct were reduced to non-traffic citations. Bridgeville police originally charged Bucaro on Nov. 1.
- Harassment, terroristic threats and stalking charges against Martin O’Connell, 54, of 267 45th Street, Lawrenceville, were withdrawn. A harassment charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Collier police originally charged O’Connell on July 28.
- Drug possession and corruption of minor charges against Vincent L. Holland III, 22, of 318 Ewing Road, Carnegie, were withdrawn, while a disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Collier police originally charged him on Nov. 9.
Charges held for court
- A litany of drug charges against Harry Gonzalez, 39, of 648 Baldwin St., Bridgeville, were held for court. South Fayette police originally charged him on Oct. 11.
