District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville and Collier Township. The office of , who oversees Heidelberg and Scott Township, did not have any hearings because of Thanksgiving.

Charges waived to court

  • A litany of burglary, conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property charges against Jonathan Plack, 30, of 406 Meetinghouse Road, Bridgeville, were waived to court. South Fayette police originally charged Plack on Nov. 15.
  • Drunken driving, speeding and careless driving charges against Jeremy D. Noah, 29, of 34 Shidler Run Road, Amity, were waived to court. A reckless driving charge and two traffic citations were withdrawn. State police originally arrested Noah on Sept. 16.
  • Drug possession charges against Franchesca Reyes, 18, of 10 Elmont St., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. A disorderly conduct charge was moved to a non-traffic citation. Bridgeville police arrested Reyes on Oct. 9.
  • Drug possession and public drunkenness charges against Justin G. Walker, 38, of 609 Washington Ave., Bridgeville, were waived to court. A disorderly conduct charge was moved to a non-traffic citation. Bridgeville police arrested Walker on Oct. 9.
  • DUI, drunken driving and drug charges against Nathan Watts, 27, of 10 Elmont St., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. A criminal conspiracy charge and a subsequent DUI charge were withdrawn. Police originally charged Watts on Aug. 26.
  • Drunken driving, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness charges against Shannon Kratzer, 41, of 22 Ruthfred Drive, Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Collier police originally charged Kratzer on Oct. 27.
