District Court Rulings – 12/15

The following preliminary hearing decisions were made at on Dec. 8. Zyra’s magisterial district includes Scott Township and Heidelberg.

 District Judge Gary Zyra – 12/8

Charges waived to court

• Burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief charges against Stacy Schultz, 44, of 164 Cherrydell Drive, Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Scott Township police originally charged Schultz on Nov. 30.

• Charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance against Dale Brannan, 47, of 410 Diamond Ave., Carnegie, were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Brannan on Oct. 13.
