Barrage Music Concert

Barrage, a high-energy fiddle fest that weaves together music and dance, is coming to Chartiers Valley High School this weekend. Five violinists are backed up with wild and interesting percussionists, vocals, guitars, bagpipes and expertly executed choreography. The result is a show that combines the best of “Stomp” and “Riverdance.”

Barrage brings its show to Chartiers Valley High School Auditorium at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25. Tickets for the show are $15 for adults and $10 for students/seniors and can be purchased by contacting Mrs. Sally Shollenberger at (412) 429-2257.

This public performance is part of the Barrage Educational Outreach Program and provides a rare opportunity for string students and the general public to see and interact with Barrage in a unique and intimate environment. The concert is sponsored by the schools of the Chartiers Valley School District.
