Man Charged After Allegedly Taking Small Child on Dirt Bike Ride

A Scott Township man was charged with endangering the welfare of children after he allegedly took a small child on a dirt bike ride.
According to the Scott Township police report, Randy Schuck Jr., 28, was charged after someone reported him for riding a dirt bike on roadways while holding a small child around 6 p.m. on June 5.
WPXI reported that the man had the child sitting on the gas tank of the bike while he was driving it, and that the child was only wearing a diaper. This is the second child endangerment charge against Schuck in a month, WPXI reports.
