Thefts, Criminal Mischief Reported in Scott Township

Scott Township police responded to the following incidents between May 28 and June 2:

May 28

• Items of no value were taken overnight between May 27 and May 28 from an unlocked car parked on Bluff Street.

• A large amount of copper cable was stolen from a company on Arch Street near Rosslyn Farms between May 20 and May 28.

• A vehicle was damaged while parked at Med Express at 4:45 p.m.

• Evan Solomon, 18, of Bridgeville, was cited for possession of alcohol while being under the age of 21 during an incident on Center Street at 9:25 p.m.

• Sarah Orient, 53, of Carnegie, was cited for public intoxication in the 500 block of Carothers Avenue at 11:22 p.m.

• Several juveniles will be charged with criminal mischief after a number of incidents in the Clairview Drive area between May 31 and June 2.

• Jewelry was stolen from a home on Bartola Street at 6:35 p.m.

• A vehicle reported stolen in Pittsburgh was found on Borland Road at 4:50 p.m. Police are investigating the matter.
