$10,000 Worth of Jewelry Stolen from Home, Police Say
A woman's bicycle is also stolen.

Theft: On April 29, at approximately 9 a.m., police received a report of a theft in the 6300 block of Germantown Ave. According to police, a woman’s bicycle was stolen from the location while she was inside a store.
Theft: On April 29, at approximately 7:45 a.m., police received a report of a theft in the unit block of Pelham Road. According to police, the homeowner put several pieces of jewelry in a cup in the kitchen drawer where she always keeps them, and then she went to bed. Police said that when she awoke the next morning to put on the jewelry it was gone. The home has keyless entry, police said, and there was no sign of forced entry. Several family members know the code, police said. The stolen items consist of three rings that police valued at $10,000.
