Broken Down Car Stolen, Police Said
A man's vehicle breaks down and is taken while the owner searches for help.
A man reported his car stolen near the intersection of Johnson Street and Germantown Avenue, on May 5, at approximately 8 p.m.
The man told police that the car had broken down, and that he had pulled it over to the side of the road.
The man told police that the engine was blown.

When he returned to the vehicle later the same evening, it had been stolen, police said.
